Illuminate the pop-punk split of set 43031 with a lighting kit that matches its dual identity. From a modular micro-LED approach in BrickBling to a pre-soldered harness in Lightailing, each kit targets different display priorities. The market spans $62.98 to $99.99, reflecting wiring philosophies rather than quality tiers: modular offers concealment and flexibility, while the harness offers a single, straightforward path.
BrickBling's kit sits at the budget floor of $62.98, focusing on accent lighting for the guitar's interior scenes and exterior. It uses a modular micro-LED architecture with clean concealment, and offers two variants: Classic ($62.98) and Music ($72.98), so you can choose between a pure light upgrade or one that syncs to sound. This setup is best for the builder who loves tinkering with placement and enjoys a flexible, cost-conscious approach without sacrificing the hidden details.
Lightailing's kit reaches the premium ceiling at $99.99, focusing on a comprehensive glow across both guitar halves and the minifigures. It uses a pre-soldered integrated harness with thicker wires, offered in a single standard edition, which simplifies the wiring path at the cost of some concealment. This setup is ideal for the collector who prioritizes a robust, all-in-one illumination and doesn't mind a more visible cabling route.
Lighting kits and display add-ons are custom third-party accessories produced independently. They are not manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
