The market for lighting this Disney set is a single-player game. One vendor, BrickBling, offers a modular micro-LED kit at $22.98, matching the floor and ceiling. The focus is on clean concealment and essential illumination: Ariel's pop-up reveal, the chest's interior, and the exterior curves. With no remote or RGB, it's a straightforward lighting upgrade that respects the build's charm.
BrickBling's kit for the Treasure Chest (43229) sits as the only option at a $22.98 entry, focusing on accent lighting for the chest's interior, lid, and Ariel's diamond perch. It uses a modular micro-LED setup with pre-soldered wiring, and since only a standard edition is offered, there's no variant choice to juggle. This kit is for the purist who wants a clean, no-frills light upgrade that keeps the LEGO aesthetic intact.
Lighting kits and display add-ons are custom third-party accessories produced independently. They are not manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
